Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Times
United Kingdom: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
USA, Canada and Europe: 5–9 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs checks, public holidays, severe weather or courier delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking system to update.
Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched. Customers may be responsible for additional delivery costs if an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties or local taxes imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number. We will help you check the shipment with the courier.
